Who we are

SaaSGulf (saasgulf.com) is an independent editorial website that publishes CRM software reviews and compliance guides for businesses in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. We act as the data controller for the limited personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

• Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free measurement tool. It does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal identifiers such as your IP address for profiling.
• Outbound affiliate clicks: When you click a link to a software vendor, you pass through a /go/ redirect page on our domain. We record that page view in aggregate. The destination vendor may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Email address (optional): If you download one of our comparison templates, we collect the email address you voluntarily provide, solely to deliver the template and send related content you requested.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data only for the purposes stated above: measuring aggregate site usage, attributing affiliate referrals, and delivering content you explicitly request. Consistent with the principles of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we collect the minimum data necessary and do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

Aggregate analytics are retained by Cloudflare under its own data terms. Email addresses provided for downloads are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
